Meet Dr. Julia Chiverton
Dr. Julia Chiverton is the owner and medical director of Hudson Vets Tarrytown.
She is passionate about providing high quality medicine as well as finding ways to minimize anxiety for pets and their owners by taking a fear free approach to veterinary care.
Dr. Chiverton earned her veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, completing a clinical year at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. She completed a rotating internal medicine and surgical internship at the Animal Medical Center in Manhattan in 2011.
Since then, Dr. Chiverton has practiced in both New York City and Los Angeles, building over 15 years of clinical experience. She now looks forward to caring for the dogs and cats of Westchester.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Chiverton enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and daughters and their rescue dog, Riggs.
